Only eligible MCRC Precinct Committeemen (PCs) may submit a Proposed MCRC Bylaw Amendment.

Submission deadline is 11/21/2026 at 5:00pm Phoenix time.

All submissions will be automatically forwarded to the MCRC Bylaws Committee Chairman and Secretary.
